February 15-16, 2006 in Kansas City, MO


1. State Teams, composed of PTI and SEA representation are encouraged.
2. Participants are encouraged to register for the meeting scheduled within their region, participants may register for any one of the three scheduled meetings.
3. Meetings will accommodate approximately 300 participants, there is no registration fee and interested individuals, other than those on state teams, may attend as space permits.
4. Meetings will be two full days in length, with daily time devoted for State team planning.

Meetings will include the following topics-
1. Discipline
2. IEPs, IEP Meetings, Evaluations and Reevaluations
3. Private School Children
4. Highly Qualified Teachers
5. Procedural Safeguards
6. Monitoring
7. National Instructional Materials Accessibility Standard
8. Response to Intervention for the Identification of Specific Learning Disabilities, Early Intervening Services
