| Our mission is to provide technical assistance as well as serves as a link between State Education Agencies (SEAs) and Lead Agencies (LAs) and appropriate technical assistance providers at National, State, and Local levels to assist SEAs and LAs in achieving systemic change and improving results for children with disabilities and their families. This program provides technical assistance and information that (1) supports State and Local entities in building capacity to improve early intervention, educational, and transitional services and results for children with disabilities and their families; and (2) addresses goals and priorities for changing State systems that provide early intervention, educational, and transitional services for children with disabilities and their families. |
